Home sits on a leased lot in a Marina on one of the best Walleye,Musky lakes in the state.
Lot Rent is $1400 pr. yr. Slip rental depends on what size boat and type of slip. Covered pontoon lift $600.
Site is open from 5/1 to 10/30. 6 months. Close to town for running to get gas,bait , etc. I think it’s the nicest lot in the park. Very large and not packed in like sardines. Home also has a large screened porch used as a third bdrm. Furnace needs work but we just use portable heaters when needed.( Early spring and late fall ) If you’re not familiar with Cass Lake , it is a chain of about 6-7 different lakes. Lost the pictures I did have and will try to find and re-post.
